- Communications: Messages or inquiries you send to our support team.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Create and manage your partner account.
- Calculate and process commissions, bonuses, and payout requests.
- Display your binary tree, unilevel network, and earnings history in your dashboard.
- Send transactional notifications such as commission credits and account updates.
- Ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Comply with legal obligations under Philippine law.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human review.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your network: Your username and binary/unilevel position are visible to your direct sponsor and upline partners as part of the compensation plan.
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us with hosting, payment processing, or communications, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority in the Philippines.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by applicable financial and tax record-keeping regulations. Usage data is retained for up to two (2) years.

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete the account promptly.
