Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL platform, website, or partner program (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To register as a partner or member, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident or citizen eligible to conduct business in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Partner Program

BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL operates a network marketing program that allows registered partners to earn compensation through product purchases, referrals, and team-building activity. Participation in the partner program is subject to the following:

• Partners must maintain an active package tier to qualify for binary sales match, rebates, product patronage, and leadership commissions.
• Earnings are not guaranteed. Income results vary significantly based on individual effort, team performance, product sales volume, and compliance with company policies.
• Partners may not make income claims that are misleading, unsubstantiated, or inconsistent with the published compensation plan.
• Referral codes and binary leg placement are assigned at registration and cannot be changed retroactively.

4. Compensation Plan

Commissions and bonuses are calculated and paid in Philippine Peso (PHP) in accordance with the published compensation plan. BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to adjust, modify, or update commission structures, package tiers, and bonus programs at any time with reasonable notice to active partners. Changes take effect on the date specified in the notice.

5. Purchases and Payments

All package purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in a specific product policy. Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP). BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs incurred by members.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated income or health claims about the company or its products.
• Recruit members using deceptive, coercive, or high-pressure tactics.
• Use the BIG WELLTH brand, logo, or materials in unauthorized channels or contexts.
• Engage in pyramid scheme activity, meaning recruitment-only income with no genuine product sales.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform infrastructure.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL platform—including text, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software—is the property of BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

8. Termination

BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the company or its members. You may also terminate your membership at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, access to the partner dashboard and pending commissions may be forfeited in accordance with the compensation plan rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIG WELLTH INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost commissions, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered partners of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
